Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
The Back Office Cooperative has a long-standing commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We incorporate DEI goals with our group program partners and support the community’s interest in expanding business with Diverse Suppliers.
BOC is building a directory of Diverse Suppliers based on referrals from the community, they are recommended by your peers. The directory highlights those who are a “Certified Diverse Business” for purposes of helping with fulfillment of government contract requirements. The BOC Staples program includes tools to purchase and track spend with diverse businesses.
The group programs and back-office services we offer are continually evaluated to maximize value. We adhere to DEI purchasing policies and require partners to have their own DEI policy.
BOC’s Diverse Supplier Directory
To make it easier to find Diverse Suppliers, we have created a directory of Diverse Businesses that is available to the public. If you own a Diverse Business, you can register your business using this form.
Education & Resources
As a partner to the nonprofit community, we make supplier diversity a key theme in our content. We devote seminars to this topic, develop resources to help organizations improve their supplier diversity, and work to connect our members with Diverse Businesses.
