Debbie Broadfield brings nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations find practical solutions to complex challenges. As co-founder and now President of Capitol Edge Consulting, she has built her career on connecting people, policies, and resources to achieve meaningful results. Debbie has a strong track record of helping nonprofits and associations lower costs, strengthen operations, and uncover opportunities that allow them to focus more on mission impact.

Her background includes government relations, strategic consulting, and nonprofit management, along with hands-on experience in child welfare and public health initiatives. Known for her energy and adaptability, Debbie partners with National Back Office Cooperative to help nonprofits identify cost-saving programs and services that improve efficiency while supporting long-term success.

Grace Holland joined NBOC in 2020 as the Operations and Services Manager. With 10 years of project and relationship management, she is a connector of resources, opportunities, and individuals to facilitate and support meaningful impact for nonprofits. Throughout her career she has worked building sustainable relationships and cultivating new and innovative ideas and solutions.

Dedicated to community building and strengthening the nonprofit sector, Grace provides ongoing support to ensure clients are getting the most value out of supplier and service relationships, as well as the larger NBOC network and community. Her favorite part of her job is the relationships and solutions she can bring to organizations, allowing more finances, resources and support to go directly towards a nonprofit’s clients and mission.

Mark Rasmussen brings more than 20 years of expertise in contract negotiations, vendor management, and strategic operations improvements to his role as Director of Strategic Growth and Operations at the National Back Office Cooperative. He leads NBOC discussions developing partnerships in supporting nonprofits and GPO programs.

In addition to his role with NBOC, Mark is the Chief Information Officer for NBOC’s parent organization, National Able Network. His past work experience has included work for both for-profit and non-profits organizations with a focus in IT, telecom, security, and compliance.  He has been a consultant for Rush Medical, Vice President of IT for Hearing Lab Technology, and Director of Enterprise Systems for American Airlines Federal Credit Union. Mark holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
